Samantha’s inspiration for Paradise Shells & Fine Jewelry by Samantha came to her through her love of the beach, and her Paradise — Jupiter, Florida. This is where Samantha often thinks about how to live an inspired life with cerebral palsy, and how she can help others with challenges to do the same.
Our Vision
Samantha’s dream is to build a fine jewelry company where people with or without challenges can work together to enjoy more satisfying levels of income and connectedness.
As a person with a physical challenge, she can tell you that, like herself, many others with challenges experience a social and economic plateau once they have completed their graduate, undergraduate, or high school education.
Paradise Shells will continue to bring captivating fine jewelry designs to our customers, but most importantly, we will do it by building a team with and without challenges, who work together to make Paradise Shells a model for other businesses in the future.
Meet The Team
Samantha Siedlecki
President & Founder
Born with cerebral palsy, she considers adversity the essential fuel needed to fully appreciate and celebrate the joy of relationships and achieving new goals.
Her professional experience includes work within the spectrum of care coordination activities for investor-owned and not-for-profit organizations in contract or internship positions.
Samantha holds a Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Tennessee; a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Minor in Family Studies from Lipscomb University; and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Essentials from Harvard Business School online.
John Siedlecki
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
His passion is helping companies grow by focusing on vision, product and service innovation, and continuous quality improvement to deliver an exceptional customer and community experience.
John is an accomplished senior executive and entrepreneur who has led strategy, marketing, and sales for several businesses. He was a leader, investor, and partner for one such company, that John and his partners, successfully sold to a global consulting firm. He has served on the board of directors of investor-owned businesses and a not-for-profit organization.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University.
